Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CommRecon. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.

What CommRecon does

CommRecon is a commission reconciliation tool. You upload an expected-commission file and a carrier statement, and it compares them to surface likely discrepancies for you to review. It is not an agency management system, and it does not replace your AMS. It is a focused tool for one job: checking that the commissions you were paid match what you expected.

Acceptable use

You may only upload data that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use CommRecon for anything unlawful, and do not upload data you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for the data you bring into the product.

Subscriptions and billing

CommRecon is sold on paid monthly plans: Solo, Agency, and Scale. Every paid plan is the full product; the tiers differ on how many agents you can track. Billing is handled by Stripe and charged monthly.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless the law requires it.

Accuracy and your responsibility

CommRecon surfaces likely discrepancies for you to review. It is a starting point, not a final answer. You are responsible for verifying any findings against your own records before you act on them, dispute a statement, or make a payment decision.

The product is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind while it is in this early stage. We do not guarantee that it will catch every discrepancy or that every flagged item is a real problem.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CommRecon and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using CommRecon and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the product in a way that puts the service or other users at risk. If we end your access, you can still request an export or deletion of your data.
